In 1916 J. E. Macmurray is living at St. Patrick’s. Kimmage-road; in 1917 he is living at Clonallen, Kimmage-road. Both houses are listed immediately before Rose villa and both have a valuation of 16l. 10s. So it is assumed that they are the same house.

From 1935 entered only as 293 Kimmage Road Lower.
