Up to 1936 Bedford Lodge is identified in Thom’s Directory as 199 Kimmage Road Lower. 1936-1946 Thom’s Directory has J. Perry, Bedford Lodge, between 220 and 222 Kimmage Road Lower, or at 222, which are on the opposite side of the road. Possibly there was a house by this name on either side.
