There were two Larkfield Houses, one at this location in the vicinity of the present 52 Sundrive Road, and another to the south near Larkfield Mills, in the vicinity of the present Sundrive Post Office. The northern one appears to have been demolished around the 1890s. It is possible that some of the people listed under Larkfield House lived at the northern one.
