ERECTION OF TWO-STOREY BLOCKS OF FLAT DWELLINGS AT RAFTER’S LANE, CRUMLIN

Tenders are invited for the erection of two two-storey blocks containing in all twenty-eight one-room Flat Dwellings, Warden’s Flat and a Community Room in accordance with the Contract Documents, which can be inspected at the Housing Architect’s Department, 6, Mountjoy Square, Dublin 1. Copies of Bills of Approximate Quantities and Form of Tender may be _obtained at the offices of the Housing Construction Department, 16/iL9 Wellington Quay, Dublin 2 on payment of a deposit of £50 (fifty pounds) which wtll be refunded to each Contractor who, by the time set out below, submits a bona fide tender not subsequently withdrawn. Bills of Approximate Quantities, prcp_^rly pmced in detail must be forwarded under separate sealed cover with Contractor’s name endorsed thereon. Tendeis and Bills of _Quantities roust be delivered to Dublin Corporation, Housing Construction Department, 16/19, Wellington Quay, Dublin 2 not later than 12 noon on Friday, January 23rd, 1976.
